The "Casa di Letizia" is placed just a few meters away from the historical centre of the medieval borough of Suvereto (Livorno - Tuscany). It is located at the ground floor of a building built in the 70's.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially because of the absence f noise coming from the road.
Its rooms, with their furnishing, welcome the guests in a family atmosphere, typical of this area in the 70's and 80's.

The flat is composed of:

Besides its peculiarity and its cultural heritage, the Municipality of Suvereto is known also for its wine, its extra-virgin olive oil, other typical Tuscany food and for its folk events.

Every year in December Suvereto presents, since 1968, the “Sagra di Suvereto”. This event manages to emphasize the beauty and typicality of this small medieval village (the first common free of Tuscany in 1200). The hamlet of Suvereto, besides offering its own and surrounding boroughs beauty (e.g. Campiglia Marittima, with its Rocca di San Silvestro, and Massa Marittima), is in a position that allows reaching easily the most beautiful places of Tuscany, such as the artistic towns of Florence, Pisa, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano.

The beaches of the Golfo di Follonica, of the Golfo di Baratti, overhung by the hamlet of Populonia, and San Vincenzo can be reached in 20 minutes. In 30 minutes it is possible to reach the port of Piombino for Isola d’Elba, and in 10 minutes the “Valle del Sole” thermal baths at Venturina, one of the most ancient thermal baths.
